Acute – but not without structure

Who is the acute practice intended for?

Our acute care practice is aimed at people who currently don't have a regular family doctor or who need medical help at short notice – for example, for infections, pain, or other sudden symptoms and the associated consequences (sick leave, prescriptions, etc.). We are here for you if your family doctor's office is closed, you have recently moved, or you are unable to access a doctor for other reasons. The prerequisite is that you are at least 18 years old and have made an appointment in advance exclusively online via the available appointment booking portal.

We offer you fast, symptom-oriented initial care – clearly structured, competent and with the shortest possible waiting time.
